Connect a Trade is being launched as a service which not only looks after the customer, but also the tradesperson.

From experience of running a business and being charged for leads that a lot of the time do not materialise into actual jobs, it was clear there was a gap in the market for a fair service for both parties.

Our service will review both homeowners and trades, this can help the trades decipher between the good and bad customers.

Most importantly we only charge our connection fee once the trade and customer are connected!

Using our web based, iOS and Android mobile applications a customer will post their job with as much information as possible.

This job will be sent out to relevant trades in the same area.

Trades will be given the opportunity to give an estimated quote for the work if they decide to do so – they can choose not to take up a lead.

The customer will receive estimated quotes from local trusted trades.

The customer can use previous trades reviews and the estimate to decide on which tradesperson to use.

Only at this point the customer and trade are connected for that job.

Job is completed and money changes hands – customer and tradesperson leave each other a review.

A small commission based fee is only charged once the job is confirmed as yours! Unlike similar sites which will charge up to 3 tradespeople for the same lead which you may not actually win!!

We will not share any of your contact details with our customers until you and the customer have ‘connected’.

Leads will come to you by an email or app notification, and will be relevant to your trade and area.

As a trade you can choose to either provide an estimate or to not progress with that job any further.

Our standard service will incur no monthly charges, fees are only payable on confirmation of the job!
